Repairs
What is a Bentley Recommended Repairer?
Bentley recommends specialist independent repairers for body and paint services to its national network of Bentley retailers and customers. These facilities have to meet Bentley standards and their technicians are trained to know your vehicle inside out.
Bentley Recommended Repairers are committed to ensuring that the repairs to your vehicle are completed to the highest standards and are in line with the Bentley approved repair methods. In repairing your vehicle, Bentley Genuine Parts will be fitted, where available, meaning that your Heritage Bentley remains as it was intended when first built. In the event parts aren’t available, we’ll pay to have them custom manufactured to the original specification.
The repairs will be warranted by the Recommended Repair Facility against poor workmanship for a minimum period of 36 months or the unexpired period of the Warranty appropriate to the Vehicle at the time of the original registration (whichever is the longer).
What are the benefits of using Bentley Genuine Parts?
Bentley Genuine Parts are manufactured to meet strict quality standards and can contribute to maintaining maximum safety, reliability and to help retain the future value of your car. All the parts fitted to your vehicle will be covered by a two year genuine parts warranty.
Most insurers will aim to use their preferred repairer network, who may repair your vehicle using non-genuine parts. The use of inferior parts can cause damage to your vehicle and may also compromise your safety and that of your passengers.
